Rudy Priem is a retired Lieutenant Colonel (Belgian Air Force). In 2010, he joined the United Technologies Corporation’s Government Relations team in Brussels. In his current role, Rudy is responsible for communicating the positions and concerns of UTC in matters of defense, security and space to European and NATO decision makers, as well as for monitoring and advising the business units of UTC on EU and NATO rulemaking and policy decisions.
Pierre Delsaux is Deputy Director General at the European Commission DG GROW. He worked in the private sector before joining the European Commission in 1991. He was appointed Deputy Director General with responsibilities for the Single Market in the EU. Since December 2015, he is in charge of Space Policy and Defence.

Agency, in November 2004. From January 2008, Dr. Frota is a Senior Advisor to Governments and Industry within Aerospace, Security and Defence fields.
